- Login to your WHMCS Admin Area and go to Setup->Products/Services->Products/Services
- Create a new group and call it anything you would like, e.g. Server Monitoring
- Create a new product, for the type select Other Product/Service and select your new group and enter a name for your first package. e.g. 10 Checks
- Uncheck Require Domain and select None for your welcome email or create a custom welcome to send to your customers.
- Click on the Module Settings tab, then select Servering from the drop down list
- Enter in the max checks allowed for this package
- Enter in how many SMS credits initally come with this package
- Select the minium frequency allowed for this package
- Leave the SMS Credit Package option unchecked
- Select the automatic setup field accordingly, we recommend using Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received
- Click the Pricing tab and set the pricing to your liking and click save changes.
You can repeat these steps to create as many different packages as you would like.
